Soft Skills - Mentorship Course
To maximise a learner's on-the-job training, astute businesses assign mentors to small groups of learners during their tenure.
Not everyone possesses the natural skills necessary to become a successful mentor, and for this reason the AA Technical College is offering workplace mentors and opportunity to acquire the necessary skills.
The AA Technical College offers a Mentorship Course specifically aimed at the workshop manager and workshop foreman. It does not only facilitate the methods and skills needed to be a successful coach and mentor in the workplace, but also gives the attendees a good understanding of the Apprentice/Learner's actual needs.
NOTE:
The courses are not Seta accredited even though their content is Unit Standard aligned.
