The AA is part of the Federation Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) - the governing body for world motor sport and the federation of the world’s leading motoring organisations. The FIA does quarterly research pertaining to blood alcohol levels and fines as well as seat belt usage across the globe. The AA feels that it is in the best interest of the South African motorist to have access to these findings. |
