Seychelles Terms and Conditions

  • This competition commences on 13 February 2012 and ends on 31 May 2012.
  • Renew your AA Membership before 31 May 2012 and stand a chance to win a trip to the Seychelles.
  • The prize includes 7 nights' accommodation including breakfast daily at the Beau Vallon Bay Resort & Casino for two people including return flights and return transfers.
  • Travel must be completed by the night of 24 August 2012 in order to redeem this prize.
  • The prize excludes any additional costs that may be incurred for food, spending money, telephone calls, entertainment, tips, travel insurance etc.
  • The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the judge, presenter or organiser of the Competition, whose decision is final, and no negotiation and / or correspondence will be entered into after the fact.
  • Participants enter or take part in competitions at their own risk and the AA bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result of participation in any AA competition.
  • The agreement or transaction entered into, or payment made by or under it, would not give rise to any legal relationship rights, duties or consequences whatsoever, or will be legally enforceable, or the subject of litigation, but all such arrangements, agreements and transactions would be binding in honour only.
  • The AA reserves the right to redistribute all unclaimed prizes if not claimed after one month of being announced.
  • Prizes may not be exchanged for any other prize, nor are they transferable.
  • No AA employees or their immediate family, nor AA PR, strategic or advertising agents or aligned partners are allowed to participate.
  • The AA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel and / or suspend any competition.
  • The participants entering or taking part in the competition authorise the AA to publish or distribute any or all the details of the participant and or to take pictures of the participant without any liability on the part of AA and or remuneration due to the participant.
  • The AA reserves the right to use any pictures submitted for entry, at their own discretion, for a period of 12 months.
  • Closing date must be adhered to, no extensions will be given.
  • Pictures shown are for illustrative purposes only.
  • Winners will be notified in writing within one month of the competition closing date.
  • All entrants by entering AA competitions agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The AA, its directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers, contractors and sponsors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from an entrant's participation in this monthly competition or for any loss or damage, howsoever arising.

10% Discount on Membership Fees Terms and Conditions

  • This discount is not available on spouse Memberships or add-on products (AA Traveller magazine and Stand By You).
  • The discount does not apply to value added services offered by the AA or its partners.
  • This is a once-off discount and will not apply in subsequent renewal periods, if any.
  • The 10% discount is only applicable to principal AA Membership products.
  • The 10% discount is only applicable if a Member switches their payment option to a recurring monthly or annual debit order.
  • The discount is not available to Members who already renew their AA Membership on a recurring monthly or annual debit order.
  • Customers subscribing to Corporate AA Membership schemes do not qualify for this incentive.
  • The above discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and is not available when joining the AA in a breakdown situation.
  • The AA reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this offer at any time without notification to its Members.
  • AA Membership is subject to terms and conditions.
