The retail channel is still a preferred option for many of our Members and consumers to interact on a personal and one-on-one capacity.

We currently have 24 outlets in major metropolitan areas; however we would like to expand our footprint to key smaller metropolitan areas as identified in our research. The AA welcomes entrepreneurs who are currently operating a travel- and retail-orientated business to apply for a licence to become an AA Accredited Sales Agent.

What is an AA Accredited Sales Agent?

An AA Accredited Sales Agent will be required to sell products and services that are offered and supplied by the AA. In doing so you take on the responsibilities of selling the products and earning revenue.

It is recommended that you are interested and passionate about AA products because, when it comes to sales, nothing beats enthusiasm and confidence in the product.

Special Notice

The AA has reopened the Travel Experience store at the Cresta shopping centre after it was temporarily closed. The store is located at Shop L17 near the centre court and can be contacted on 082 074 7040/084 303 8918. AA Members and customers are able to purchase AA Membership and a range of travel products, including International Driving Permits, from the store. 

The AA Accredited Sales Agencies located at the Clearwater and Princess Crossing shopping centres remain closed after the Sales Agent, Mr Vinesh Reddi closed his stores at short notice. The AA services and products distributed from these stores are thus affected. Please see our listing of AA Agencies for a store closest to you.  We apologise to AA Members who are inconvenienced by these closures over which the AA has no control.
