How does the AA Rescue Service work?
As soon as you press the Rescue Me button in a roadside emergency, we’ll receive an instant alert along with your location details. We’ll let you know that we’ve received it, and call you back to ensure you’re ok, and to confirm which assistance service you need.

Who can register for the FREE AA Rescue Service?
You don’t need to be a Member... anyone with a cellphone can register. Simply visit www.aarescue.co.za to register, and when you get stuck,click Rescue Me to send us an instant alert.

What do I do next?
As soon as you have registered, follow the prompts on the website to download the app on to your phone, then add your nominated emergency contacts to your website profile so we can contact them in the event of an emergency, when we are unable to contact you.

  • All other mobile devices can set up the *120*22000# number on their phone to access the Rescue Service.
